We want to introduce you to the house rules so that your stay in our house will be pleasant, and for any additional information, feel free to contact us.

Accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms and the owner is not responsible for their eventual disappearance.

When leaving the house, please close all doors and windows to prevent damage in the event of a storm, thunder or draft.

Do not leave the air conditioner on unnecessarily when you are not in the apartment or use it with open windows and doors.

Noise is not desirable in the house, especially during night rest from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please pay attention to the children's behavior during play, especially the creation of drafts and door slamming.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price and are changed every 7 days. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy the apartment. During the use of the apartment, you are responsible for maintaining the order and cleanliness of the apartment yourself and removing the trash from the apartment.

Please sort the garbage by category (paper, PVC, glass, mixed).

Use water sparingly!!!

Please keep the furniture and equipment in the apartment safe and do not damage it.

A guest who intentionally or unintentionally damages or damages the property will have to compensate the host for the full amount of the resulting damage.

Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or for the whole day, nor to use the inventory without the express permission of the host. If persons are found who are not registered or who were not announced during the reservation, the host has the full right to cancel the accommodation of all guests.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

If you decide to end your contracted stay earlier, you are obliged to pay for the entire stay reservation.
